Mental Health Awareness Seminar

In today’s world, we often push through our struggles without truly acknowledging our pain. During this seminar, we will explore 1) the importance of acknowledging our pain and how it fosters personal growth. 2) how to create safe spaces to express emotions without judgment. 3) the benefits of giving yourself time to heal and how it impacts your mental and emotional well-being in the long run.
