It will take place on Saturday the 12th of April at 4 pm on one of Beit El Fouad beautiful terraces.

Registration is required due to the limited spots! Mats, refreshments, and relaxing scents will be provided.

During this seminar, we will explore 1) the importance of acknowledging our pain and how it fosters personal growth. 2) how to create safe spaces to express emotions without judgment. 3) the benefits of giving yourself time to heal and how it impacts your mental and emotional well-being in the long run.

By embracing these practices, we can cultivate a healthier relationship with ourselves and others, leading to greater emotional resilience, improved relationships, and a more balanced life. @linalifecoach has worked with groups and individuals to enhance interpersonal skills through targeted trainings since 2007. She holds a certificate in life coaching with an MA in mental health counseling. A resident in Geitawi prior to the Beirut Blast, Lina has been involved with numerous social projects including the Beit El Fouad Foundation.

Evelyne Accad, née à Beyrouth vit entre le Liban, la France et les Etats-Unis. Elle est autrice, chanteuse/compositrice, poétesse, professeure émérite de littérature comparée francophone et arabophone, d’études africaines et féministes à l’Université d’Illinois, et à la Lebanese American University de Beyrouth. Elle a écrit de nombreux ouvrages dont l’excisée, Voyages en CancerDes femmes, des hommes et la guerre: fiction et réalité au Proche-Orient. Elle a reçu de nombreux prix, … Evelyne Accad se bat depuis longtemps pour l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes. En 2008, elle a créé, avec sa sœur, un abri pour femmes battues Beit el-Hanane (Maison de la tendresse).

Les recherches montrent qu’environ 75 % des femmes libanaises seront victimes de violences physiques à un moment ou à un autre au cours de leur vie.
