Beit El Fouad empowers Lebanon's marginalized communities through cultural, artistic, and therapeutic programs, fostering resilience, healing, and diversity in a respectful & inclusive environment. Our mission is to build a more inclusive and compassionate society by providing essential support and opportunities for personal and community development.
Culture and Healing Center is a beacon of hope and resilience in Beirut. Founded by Dr. Evelyne Accad, a prominent feminist and writer, Beit El Fouad emerged in the aftermath of the devastating Beirut port explosion. Our center serves as a getaway for those seeking healing from various traumas including war, family separation, exile, economic hardships, and the impacts of the Beirut blast. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals from diverse fields, including mental health, arts, education, and social work. Together, we work to create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive.
